They don’t “start” as class action suits, your attorney has to make a case for it.

Perhaps my current firm at $6,000 is a little more suited for people with a bigger portfolio.We have 4 rentals. 

Treating people like people doesn't mean you make the relationship personal as Nathan suggests and not all tenants will screw you over whenever it suits them.

I feel if a person doesn't have the time or desire to get on a plane to look at something they are dumping hundreds of thousands of dollars in, they probably are not that suited for this business.

This may suit your investment goals if you're looking to be more passive.
