Keep in mind that this comes with high turnover, and (often) students who will beat the hell out of the property!

These properties typically turn over once a year as they are mostly student rentals. 

The rental market is strong due to students and digital nomads.Managing a couple of tenants would not be too hard but managing a dozen, on the other hand, would be a nightmare.I am a bit torn.
