My options are about ready to explode (via SQQQ) as the stock market does a slow bleed into the election. 

Always want to use the 1% rule and seeing the long term potential is my sweet spot.

Their  numbers might be spot on, but you want to make sure you understand that yourself, not just taking there word for it.

sell third house this time dump half the profit into SnP 500 index fund, other half builds fourth house... repeat until satisfied with stock portfolio, retire at 50option C) Aggressive model: sell house for $600k just keep carrying my primary mortgage which is $2900/month and dump the money into 2 properties and build 2 house at once that would each be worth $600k...?  

This would be an 8 acre property.  300 cargo containers, 200 parking spots, 120 regular storage units.   

I am at 1757% less this year in stocks as compared and I thought that was great.
