I found termite damage and the termites aren't active, do I have to still spray?

It's really easy for my contractor, one sprays and one uses brushes.

I have no idea what the cost would be for some sort of them spraying stuff all over the place, but it might be a small expense compared to losing a valuable tenant.

Or for minimal work, drill small holes near the pipe and spray foam insulation.

Lots of great answers but if you know where the source of the odor is - just spray OdorXit Concentrate on the area.  

The downstairs tenant’s want me to spray insulation in the walls and ceilings as a way to mitigate the noise level and help with the heating costs.

Is there a big quality difference between using a spray gun and traditional rollers?

Older buildings can be an issue, we had to put some spray foam around the heat pipe entries. 

If you have a cat that pees or sprays, understand that even if LVP is waterproof, it can seep through where planks connect or edges/trim to reach to the subfloor or slab, causing major odor issues.
