How much value would a web site with direct booking bring to this kind of arrangement as compared to listing on Furnished Finders, VRBO, etc, particularly if we stick with the mid terms.

Hello Taylor,           I have been in a situation and done deals where a friend is a realtor and although I found the deal, had to go through my friend as I already worked out an arrangement. 

At least until y'all make some agreements to clear that equity ownership like an inheritance arrangement doc. 

I was struggling with finding a lease agreement online that reflected that arrangement.

There seems to be many hidden tie-in arrangements between entities so can't really say any 1 from what I've read/heard.
