and for sure I would think BP charges sponsors to advertise on the forum just like they charge to advertise on this forumthey are having some sort of event and the guest I saw were Brian Burke ( top shelf ) and Jeremy Roll ( another wickedly smart dude)  compared to the guru trainers who I really dont know much are anything about so cant comment on them.

When I say i've never had this issue, I mean- Even in the D class neighborhoods i've owned properties in, i've never dealt with vacant apartments for this amount of time.If you're comparing the 40 unit building next door to mine with security, it's sort of like comparing apples to oranges.

IF that is the case full stop - yes you are paying for something called insurance but if you have a claim the company has the right to pretty much deny coverage for having the wrong type of policy.Landlord policies are higher cost but for a reason - there is a different and increased level of risk when the house is not owner occupied.Talk with your agent and get all the details sorted out.

Digitize physical receipts for easy storage and use a consistent naming convention for easy sorting - 2024.03.25 Home Depot.- Maintain proper records, such as contracts, settlement statements, and promissory notes.- Additionally, you can track income and expenses consistently using software or spreadsheets.If you track everything, you could show a loss and use that to offset other earned income (such as a W2) which will net you a bigger refund.
