I know for us, the CPS gas and energy bill can easily skyrocket, so I may consider asking tenants to pay if bill passes $200 or so...still thinking on it.

Rents haven't kept up with those higher interest rates, plus insurance rates have skyrocketed. 

Prices have skyrocketed since I started my search, now interest rates rising of course but prices haven't really dropped accordingly, *and* a little nervous about the Reedy Creek impact on property taxes.

Too many licensed and Ivy League educated financial managers funneled so much cash into RE market since COVID that property values skyrocketed and as a result  tax assessments of properties went through the roof.

I built a bunch of houses there an loved it.. prices have SKY rocketed there though holy cow. cant believe the appreciation there.. very under the radar but limited land and houses great place lots of money people and there ya go values through the roof.

I know with the prices in the Denver area skyrocketing, the rental rates have not exactly caught up making it difficult to cash flow. 

Trust me on this one, just take a look at the skyrocketing insurance rates in those regions.

The cost of repairs and tradesmen seems to have skyrocketed after covid, a simple pest control for ants costs above $250, whole house paint of a 1400 sq ft 3 bed house costs $4k or more, a new HVAC costs about $6k, a plumbing repair costs $200 or more, a new water heater costs $1000-$1500.

REVPAR (Revenue per available room) has skyrocketed in the hotel industry the last few years, primarily because of Average Daily Rate (ADR) increases, but also because of boosts in occupancy, and ancillary income.
