I’ll report back how it all shakes out but figured I would share what mass save (Rise Engineering since we have Unitil for utility supplier) was currently offering.

They had pretty graphs and data, but instead they cashed out your 401k and spent the money on shake weight exercise devices.

Very professional site, more data than you can shake a stick at with very little input required by you, and it can help retain owners and increase sales.

Long term I think things will shake out. 

In prep for selling or renting, we just had to put a new roof ($18.5k) on it bc the old one was shake and we were told it'd be uninsurable.

It’s not necessarily a foreclosure case.Including as a defendant in the lawsuit someone who would likely be a superior lien holder suggests to me there is more going on than a straightforward foreclosure.Or it could be something simple like an unreleased lien and the court is being asked to quiet title or otherwise weigh in on lien priority.Let us know how it shakes out.
