He told me I should invest in a Scooter and ride over 30 minutes to his location to find him deals (icing on the cake).

And they have a bunch of junk in the back yard (mostly scooter parts).

A shared vehicle, scooter, bicycle, or anything CAN be stationed on your property so users (residents and/or non residents) can access them.

I look to invest where there is infrastructure to support new job growth/opportunities (possibly private tech corps will grow in Indy) Next Big Challenge for Small Downtowns (7/2017) I don't see a lot of good transportation solutions (muni/light rail) & the roads are horrible, but I was happy to see bicycles and shared bikes (Pacers)/e-scooters(BIRD) in  downtown & Lyft/Uber and electric cars to get around but I am hoping Indy will attract more private tech businesses.I am wondering your thoughts about Indy's new criminal justice center and the growing trend of prisons system as a lucrative business; Is this considered a "path to progress" for local property investors or is the new CJC not welcome?

Tenants for a 24 unit apartment complex I manage have been complaining about scratches and dents on their cars caused by kids weaving between cars with bicycles, scooters, etc., and caused by doors being opened into their car.

topic is a bit old but hey..i drive an 03 trailblazer paid cash.. nice to see other investors have the same ride.. want to get an 05 or newer frontier 4x4 for hauling and the beach, but can't find the price i like.. also ride an 07 kymco people S 250 scooter that gets 55-60mpg also paid in cash..
