To the contrary, in NJ the COVID pool rule changes stated:Allow patrons to use their own water play equipment, including but not limited to goggles, snorkels, fins, kickboards, pool noodles and toys, however the pool facilityshall:▪ Prohibit the sharing of such equipment except among immediate family members, caretakers, household members, or romantic partners; and▪ Not provide such equipment for rent or other use to patrons while at the pool facility.

I think an STR would need to offer something to people to tempt them from staying with their own relatives, and to me that means a pool, charm, entertaining, romantic, etc..

It's kind of like that romantic relationship that seemed perfect but just fizzled out. 

I'll be adding addendums for how to handle new tenants moving in (current tenant moving in a romantic partner) and who is responsible for pest infestations.

If you can't get your price, don't get romantic about it.

We're romantic partners, so I suppose the money all goes in the same pot, so it's not as bad as splitting it 50/50 with a strictly business partner though.

@Kyler J Sloan,  Ahh the romantic notion of a jeep with the cabin!! 

It depends on time of year, cold snaps, heat waves, is the A/C working, inside or outside, formal/informal settings, whether your calves  are covered with bruises from a fall, what's in the laundry and even available, whether you have a romantic partner who gets veto power, how short are those shorts, anyway? 

New York state is the rust belt, it is beautiful and romantic but unless you are in the trendy NYC fueled hip towns, its dying for all the reasons Holly stated.
