@Zhijie Wang I think if you are looking to scale, it might make sense to build a network and a resume of borrowing money and paying it back from HML.

@Alissa Kronovet nothing as yet unfortunately - we are waiting for the COVID driven frenzy to calm down a bit as people return to NYC so may resume our search in the winter.

I am confident in my RE successes and have the resume to prove it.

Eventually we plan to build one or two additional SFH's as well as 4 STR cabins on property B as well.If I can make the reno on Land B work and release Land A, we could potentially resume the build on Land A.

Then we usually reach out to tenants asking them to resume paying. 

I’ve never been on Bigger Pockets to comment in the forums before but it seems that a couple comments are asking for proof, results, and a resume so to that end, I have bought and sold 120 doors, closing on a couple hundred multifamily units in the next 2 months, I’m now focused on investing in creatively acquiring businesses and commercial real estate.
