I joined RaiseMasters with this mindset and have been totally blown away with the information I have been able to receive, not only from Hunter, Adam and Cam, but the support and openness from the team has been stellar.They truly have created an environment that emphasizes collaboration.

My suspicion is, in this relatively relaxed lending environment, you will do well to learn for 100-500 hours and then just get started.

I dont see this as a target rich environment for the NO money assign contract wholesalers.

Many investors are willing to share their experiences, especially if you come from a place of curiosity and respect for their time.

With respect to the LLC, you can continue to reuse the LLC since you’re not keeping properties in the LLC.

They unleashed pandemic handouts and loan programs that greased the economy (this was not well thought out, contributed to the inflationary environment we are still suffering from and PPP and ERP loans were flooded with fraudulent loans and benefits)These programs leveraged existing corporate infrastructure (banks and the government had little or no operational involvement).
