Lenders will want to see the filed Articles of Organization, an Operating Agreement that you can get from your attorney or, if you're brave and it's just you on the LLC, some people use Legal Zoom or Law Depot.

I came across one of these loan agreements online somewhere a few months ago, can't recall where I found it but it was clear in reading the loan agreement there was no language referencing the loan actually encumbering real property, it was just an unsecured loan.

He's changing the terms of the agreement, and you can choose to accept it or reject it.I don't think it's fair to pass this cost onto the tenant just because you are unwilling to stand up to the contractor.
