You prob just need "existing and proposed" plans that show the floor plan of the home=existing (an architect can do this for prob 2-3k) and then the system IN the cabin=proposed.

I don’t agree with this proposed rule.

This would be a second home under your proposed scenario unless you or your wife plan to occupy it permanently as primary home.

Recently I have had 2 different people kinda proposing the same thing: they want to sign a year lease with me not to live there but to then in turn rent it out short term to others. 

Look for opportunities to propose seller financing, lease options, or subto.

According to the fact pattern the seller can provide clear title… but the buyer’s lender won’t accept the proposed resolution.
