My goal is to add verbiage within the lease that will decrease any tiffs between tenants for the common spaces and how to set expectations and promote group effort with cleaning the common areas/shoveling snow/personal dishes/shared fridge/laundry/having guests and so forth.

That one can be found though for sure.When I was moderating, it was frankly laughable the excuses the very few people made when their posts were obviously self-promotion.

from what I understand you're not supposed to advertise any deals or promote yourself.There are definitely good to great deals though.

It is a well established belief in the financial industry that there is an inherent conflict of interest when financial advisors are compensated on sales commission.

There seems to be a belief throughout this thread that its alright for a city employee to come onto your property and simply lie about item after item and then send a written agreement in direct contrast expecting you to sign and return it.

TBH these circles do speaking engagements as promotional opportunities, it’s a hand shake and “I’ll speak at yours if you speak at mine”.
