Anybody have any suggestions on a good moderately priced printer that could handle the yellow letters and envelopes?

Don't argue with it as arguing is a waste of your time, initiate court proceedings for non payment immediately, gather necessary evidence, set an eviction date...then send her to collections for money owed.....and tighten up your house (electric etc) when vacant. no more BS.I had a headache tenant recently meet my rent court lady at rent court, threatening to rent escrow if I didn't pay him for his supposed bills he incurred as a result of a roof leak (not Niagara falls, more like slowly dripping faucet and only when rain/snow on the roof) the idiot showed my rent court lady a receipt he typed up on his printer for 400 dollars!!

DO i also need a postcard printer to print my service description?

I'm asking because I don't want to pour money into making very professional business cards if simply using a free vistaprint.com template or my own printer and a business card sheet from Office Max will do.Also, what things are effective in a REI's business card (besides the contact information)?

I've used CafePress for some things, but I'm not completely happy with the turnout on other products.I'm still looking for a reasonable printer who can do great work. . . if anyone has suggestions, pass them my way!
