While I understand your concern, repeated reminders can feel a bit pressing and unnecessary. we have to track the source of leak source first.fix the source of leak if is coming from our aparement wait sometime to make sure there is no more leak and repair the ceiling

I was on a Senate Steering committee way back in 85 on how to deal with all the platted antiquated lots in CA. there are millions lots created before the modern rules and these lots exist today but many are not buildable and are traded back and forth from tax sale buyers to retail buyers who dont realize their 5k lot in CA is non buildable.So there was a big conference in FT.

I have business relations with a few of the bigger wholesalers and PM's I can assure you the feedback from investors about vacant and non rehab houses is accurate.. of course its not every house they ever sold but for those unfortunate enough to be in that situation its devastating.. and since I have been funding turn key outfits since 2002 I have seen this play before.. out of state clients hey we will just pay the rent we don't want any bad press etc etc..
