Don’t use a pre-recorded message for lead prospecting calls.

I just signed up for the membership for the many benefits others seem to be getting out of it and benefits David Green pointed out in a couple of YouTube videos which were clearly pre-recorded and uploaded on YouTube (they show up as recent uploads but it’s clearly not the case).

@Russell Brazil do you want to comment I love this comment coming from a veteran investor like @Ned Carey I believe their is a lot of misinformation from all these Gurus telling people things that are almost impossible just to get the newbies to sign-up for their mentorship program or pay for their pre-recorded sales videos.I see all these unrealistic expectations from the newbies all the time and I always set their expectations right from our first conversation.Like @Russell Brazil said, If I don't see minimum of 1% Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) on the contract, it's a red flag for me and that offer most likely not accepted by my clients.

From an education stand point I had 1-2 classes per week at my KW office, now I have 20-30 per day many of which are taught by top producing agent (not prerecorded, live interactive classes). 

Our print and internet ads have a phone number to a pre-recorded description of each property, along with an overview of requirements and the THREE scheduled showings for the week.

It allows for live and pre-recorded video tours, and virtual open houses.  

After exchanging emails a few times with the guy that  posted I went to an intro webinar that was prerecorded.
