If so, you can't really pivot to short-term rentals there and have to capitalize on the inn vibe and in-house services.My major question is why is the current owner, who bought it after it sat vacant for twenty years, looking to sell you the problem they can't fix?

How cool.Well, It's because I was seen as a player, a closer (meaning I close on deals I put under contract).I said, "I didn't know you owned a building" and to that he said "yes, it's the building with two - first floor retail spaces and 9 apartments on the corner".Dang, just what I love.

I don't go to any of these events personally its seems like its a circuit and you have basically all the same players on stage as experts I don't know how much anyone can get out of these events ( i have spoke at many in years past so i know you can only gloss over stuff).

YUP minimum requirements.. although you would be surprised how many folks cannot get a bond because they lack credit score.. this will weed out the really poor players and give state a vehicle to regualted those that violate the laws without all the grey area currently.
