We have used a realtor to help pin point properties to look at.

I currently use over 1600 rental data points each day to try to pinpoint the top Single Family and Multi-Family rentals in Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, Weber and Tooele counties.  

Our brokerage has a tool that actually works to pinpoint deals and allows us to weed out all the other listings. 

I am in the process of pin pointing my strategy to begin wholesaling and I would love to give you a call sometime.

But last year I found that they lowered a bunch of them on their own and a lot of the properties that we had pinpointed as assessed too high came down to a realistic value that wasn't worth arguing over.  

Cincinnati has a lot of areas that would be great for SFH, but a little hard to pinpoint specific areas because it really depends on what you are looking for.
