I am from India --been here 40 years --Do not like politics here or in India --But lately so frustrated that I decided to start writing blogs and comments --May write a Book soon -- "America No 4"Health care --should be repealed --totally --take three or four years to Evaluate Long Term Solution --with 10 doctors, 10 insurance companies, 10 large hospitals and 10 pharmacy manufactureres. -- Eliminate Social security --for any one under 35 --- do not take out any deductions -- Flat Tax --on consumption only No Income Tax and NO Capital gians tax check my first blog--may be too late -[LINK REMOVED]

Also, curious as to whether there is anyone who had owned a drug store( as i just graduated from pharmacy school), and maybe even some frachise stores(like a subway or a McDonalds)Thanks for the wisdomVince

As for my huge loan, you're right, it was for pharmacy and I unfortunately cannot attend anymore, and cannot finish the degree off.

My pharmacist license is still current but I only work a dozen or so shifts annually, mostly in home infusion pharmacies, to help long term colleagues.

Are you talking about niching down into medical or pharmacy and "recession proof" sectors...or you think more now is a better time to double down on office buildings, QSR etc.?

It is currently a good hedge as the marijuana business is booming during Covid Crisis (essential services like a pharmacy) and a property with no  bank loan and NNN tenant is very little stress.

I’ve lived here all my life, give or take 5 years for pharmacy school and the like, so I feel that I have a exceptional understanding of the areas in the city.
