If you are running a mid term rental property, how is your business?

If I take a break, that part of the business cannot function effectively.  

How does acquiring compare to renting a small office or sharing office space with another business in that market?

Almost any business you look at has its own gurus and scammers.

Figure out how you are going to find buyers/sellers and build a business.

Too many people chase returns and do not research the offering or risk - for me personally, I think this offering was a very bad investment thesis and am not surprised by the outcome - but I also think STR's and MTR's are dumb as well - so its not a knock on one person or one business model.

Typically to grow a real estate business and raise money you are better off partnering with someone.

Everyone has different personalities and ways of doing things.

Not saying it's impossible, but that is a full fledged business.

Shame on those here recommending it.Similarly, don’t even consider borrowing against your personal residence—even if you could qualify.
