Not someone who is so far ahead of you that they have forgotten how impossible it feel to find that elusive, almost imaginary first deal, someone.I'll tell you a little bit about myself and my story, ask you about yourself and what you are doing, and you can pepper me with questions. 

.- Basic pots & pans for cooking- Coffee maker and filters- Salt & Pepper- Utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, coffee mugs (pyrex is inexpensive and durable)- Cooking utensils like large spoons, spatula and basic cooking knives.- Paper products such as toilet paper, a bag of paper napkins, 1 paper towel roll to start them off.

Can I just buy a pepper with no equity and just pay 7k back payments?

Beverly Carter, Steven Wilson, Ashley Oakland - the list goes on.I think the answer is situational awareness and a concealed carry or at the very least, pepper spray.If a buyer sounds too good to be true, agents - and especially female agents - need to be on their toes. 

Like here is why I get my (interior doors, countertops,moldings,cabinets,appliances,flooring etc..) from x (cost, bang for buck, durable, high quality) peppered in with some don’t get your _____ from ______ they suck and are horrible.

I agree with @Fred Shatzoff ;. look at the property with the Listing Agent, you do not have to use an agent, but the listing agent will put in an offer for you, just beware, the listing agent works for the seller and if they are good will pepper you with questions.
