The other unit is occupied at under market rent (very under at almost half of current market rents) with 3 months left on the lease.

Hey Everyone - I’ve invested in FL and Brooklyn but want to add to my portfolio in a new market.

They were close to not knowing if they could pay some of the Feb checks but that was put on hold.

I do the same tropes of things in the Tampa Florida market.  

I’m looking into the flipping market and trying to understand more about it since that’s what I want to focus on and do in my life.

:I believe there are a lot of markets that will see a "balancing" over the next couple of years.
