They are in it to make as much money as possible while denying claims and leaving people up the river without a paddle.

My county auction (one every month I believe) requires a cash deposit to get a bidding paddle.

This is why I never rent a place without miniblinds and curtains in place here, and when I have a REAL problem that could potentially put me up the crick without a paddle, my local district magistrate tends to look more favorably upon it.But hey, who know how it works in California or wherever the place you're remote-managing is.

@Kedian Jimenez,the number one strategy to finding private money is developing relationships first.Without that your going upstream without a paddle.

Will not ask how this occurred to avoid embarrassment, but you're up a creek w/o a paddle, and IMO, you ought to be planning on a Deed in Lieu process to surrender the property and move out.
