And if you do not think you will get caught, a lot of nosey neighbors will call you out on it (we did not rent a basement but we had built a shed as an outdoor dog house that was heated and air conditioned and someone called about that on us...).

We can remotely control the temperature, but if someone (a guest) manually changes the thermostat, it overrides our remote settings, which is what we want.

A restaurant or café with outdoor dining could thrive in this environment (there are not so many around the area), benefiting from the steady local traffic while also enhancing the appeal of the residential units.

For me personally, I chose Reno because I wanted to be close to Northern CA (where I have family), I love the outdoors and being close to Lake Tahoe, and all of the underlying tech and manufacturing jobs coming into the area, coupled with land constraints juicing appreciation here. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy bodybuilding, working on cars, and anything that keeps me physically active outdoors, which helps me remain grounded and focused.I'm looking forward to networking, exchanging ideas, and building lasting relationships in this community.

I had ring cameras, but I found the best ones are actually solar outdoor cameras from Amazon.

National Whitewater Center is a great spot for outdoor activities like hiking, biking, climbing, kayaking, and zip-lining.

My house did not float away, but I had water damage, a sauna that floated away, and an outdoor area that was destroyed.
