I am thinking of one area in particular that is in Ocean Isle Beach and is new construction, short term rentable houses for only $250KI am happy to send you some examples of properties.

There are lots of great markets out there so don't try to boil the ocean.

If you stopped to do some research, and I do mean VERY basic research, you'd find an ocean of assorted discount brokerage models both current and past.

I find this to look spammy and over-promotional.Use a lot of blue and green, as those colors signal trust and comfort.

Ocean City is the most popular beach town and is a 3hr drive from Washington D.C.
