Ideally, I’d have an Airbnb down there (for occasional personal use) but have received some feedback that an out-of-state Airbnb would be too difficult to manage.

For residential mortgage, an LLC needs two years of its own tax returns or occasionally, a local credit union where you have an account will ok it.The bigger question is about your partnership.

My biz partner and I now have about 70 doors in Indy, and other than the occasional vacancy, they ALL perform very well.  

Haven't seen a whole lot of people renting out detached storage units in Memphis but occasionally it does happen.

For the last 18 months or so there have been very few "deals" in my opinion so we have changed our approach and we are flipping and occasionally reselling with owner financing.

If someone came along from the county and demanded we cease, we would, though it's not likely when there's an occasional RVer or tent camper.  

Occasionally I have had to host a second open house but still better than a bunch of individual showings IMO.

Many small businesses that are home based need a business mailing address and the use of meeting space and an occasional office.
