If you're going to go that route I'd also recommend refrigerated flavored creamer (this time of year pumpkin spice), half & half, and non-dairy options.

I have some friends who own maybe 5 properties plus a putt-putt and an independent Dairy Queen.

You have to remember you aren't just looking for one and done investors, you want ladies and gentlemen that will hand you their hard earned 5-6 figures and allow you to keep their money churning better than a dairy farm. 

Apparently, everyone wanted a Dairy Queen.

I say we get ice cream at the Dairy Queen on Craig and Rancho around 5pm tonight in North Las Vegas.

I know a lot of farmers and I own and operate an organic grass-fed dairy.

White paint covers many sinsPersonally I prefer a all fiberglass panel some call 'kemlite' aka dairy barn liner,,,aka whatever they are calling it at the store your at.  4 x 8 sheets with a ripple white face on one side and smooth white on the other. 

We do have some good industry in our town including a canning company and dairy plant.

As a bonus we painted the old dairy barn to match and trenched electrical out from the house, added lights and outlets including 220V.
