There is apparently, a lot of misunderstanding as to what is meant by “hard money”.

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding the situation. 

I wouldn’t even blink when I called the tenant and said let’s forget about this little misunderstanding. 

@Daniel Vroman Rusteen I think there's just a general misunderstanding of the value an agent or local expert brings to the deal that you either do not wish to see or simply don't find value in it. 

I'm extremely skeptical about it because even though I've researched and read and watched other people talk about it, I don't understand it 100%.My greatest misunderstanding is this: what are we trying to use BTC for?
