Something is missing...if there isn't a Board and the HOA (or I assume more likely a COA) is newly formed then why isn't the developer still in control of the HOA?

When I did open my SDIRA back when, I had done a lot of research but I guess I missed the understanding or knowledge of banks also having SDIRAs.

The trust keeps the asset on the books at the current price, but misses out out any potential MTR profit sharing upside.
