Besides, anybody can just come and take whatever they want, I would not have any proof.I would like to get my keys back by giving them a legitimate reason without getting our relationship gone bad. 

From what I have researched they seem legitimate but the person I am working with is flakey, takes forever to answer questions so I thought I would see if anyone else had experience with this lender.  

I wanted to see if he was legitimate or not, so I did my due diligence.  

Although , double closing is more expensive , I feel it’s a little more legitimate than assigning.

@Glenn N.As mentioned this makes no sense and you as the lender would never change the name of your company because of thisThe loan is still in the original entity and the loan docs should have default provisions if you used a legitimate attorney to create them

they look like they have a legitimate website but I'm not seeing them on here or any google reviews which is a little fishy (unless google is just not showing me for some reason)
