New roof, siding, soffit, fascia, flooring upstair, repair fencing, yard work/landscaping, new flooring upstairs, new vanities, kitchen remodel, new paint job What was the outcome?

Any advice on navigating the Section 8 rental landscape would be greatly appreciated!

It is a townhome so the yard is very small and the backyard is all concrete so the landscaping point is not as applicable here. 

Completely renovated main level:* Demoed and redid kitchen with new appliances* Refinished floors and reglazed bathroom* Replaced the roofComplete demoed and finished the basement and landscaping* Replaced half bath with full and added 2 bedrooms* Replaced entire plumbing including sewer line* Added second washer dryer* installed stamped concrete patio and walkway plus fence* All new landscapingWhat was the outcome?

:I would have a landscaper visit the property..

Landscaping by a tenant should NEVER include a ladder, not even a 6 footer.

You keep all the expenses with questions (and their answers) here for the whole year so that at the end of the year when you're like, "why was landscaping so dang high for this property?"

I guess I will take a step back for now and evaluate the MFU investing landscape for now. 

Even if every Concrete crew was "legal", wages would pull them to other low paid laborer jobs such as landscaping, house framing, meat packing, etc, causing wages and cost to go up for new Self Storage Construction, let alone availability.Security Systems- yep sourced overseas, China.Interest rates going lower, but I expect Inflation to go higher.

I would advise to buy all of them because it will make it alot easier for you to put capex money into exteriors, landscaping, fixing parking lot , fencing , lighting , etc because sometimes the hoa might not be collaborative in my experience.
