I have done some development work here in Virginia and yeah... if you are in the wrong County, you should just go ahead and pre-order a straight-jacket in a color of your liking.

C, D & F style properties have LOTS of problems and lots of turnover.If I was PMing it for you I'd charge you for a flack jacket and bodyguard in addition to the highest fee I can.  

Hopefully you will find metal jacketed cable that holds the copper within it, and the copper will be coated with a rubber/plastic, and not cloth and tar.

Yeah I like wearing suits or at least suit pants and a jacket with a button up but I didn’t want them to be put off by it if that’s not generally the way new agents show up!
