In the property rehabbing and house flipping world, how often is an engineer needed to sign off on some of the more intricate or delicate rehab scenarios?

I am pretty concrete with how I vision things so I would have a problem thinking through every intricate sign I'm wondering if you investors out there use a formula for rehab design.If anyone is able to answer my question I would greatly appreciate it.Sincerely,Brian Tran

All real estate is local by definition (I'll leave out relocating mobile homes, but you get my drift); you are buying/holding a "piece of the planet" so to speak that is intricately woven into a web of other dependencies, some of which are managed, some of which are unmanageable, both natural and man-made.

I am the founder of an adtech company and love learning about the intricate nature of real estate.  

I guess I've never tried to communicate something that could potentially be as intricate as I feel many tax issues could be.

When a client calls me about a house I can tell them all these intricate details about it that they wouldn't know if they didn't talk to me. 

The motivation to compile so much intricate information that is held in a mostly emotional state and convert those feelings into words articulated seems difficult coupled with the feelings of vulnerability of putting yourself “out there.”

Most people think it would be impossible to make this work both financially and legally, and I definitely agree that it is intricate and complicated and I have a lot of questions to iron out.

The children live in Germany and aren't interested in anything, they just want everything sold individually, or with the home.Most of the parts of the home, including an intricate 3 story spiral staircase, were shipped or flown in.
