Reading the interaction with Jaycee, have you built your team yet?

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books on this topic, or you can learn about it by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

If you have a local group or even just a few friends over, I could give that presentation and have an interactive discussion.

Paula,If you are an investor then you may want to reach out to some of the others who posted on here and find out what they are doing and how they are interacting and what they are doing.

If you ever have a situation where your On Island Agent has to have interaction with your guests, you have to keep in mind this person is representing you. 

The companies we've interacted with have all been very professional, and they have appreciated being treated respectfully and professionally in return.
