You've already shown that you can't handle the pressure of dealing with intelligent folk.

At worst, and I guarantee MOST fit this group, you get pitched because you just said code for "hi, I'm a paycheck, come and sell me".......If you have 0 focus or intelligent direction for your $$$$, do the smart thing, hire a professional who does and does this as a service. 

Study the neighborhood in terms of market dynamics to know if a lot can meet market demands or if it is worth investing in before deciding on its purchase Consult some experts who have found ways of developing vacant areas so that you may decide intelligently on what you want to do with your own piece of land.Good luck!

I own my own brokerage so I can do what I want, and my agents are intelligent enough to do what they want without my permission, but I have a small team of very select agents. 

I see there are many free options but I am interested in artificial intelligence capabilities which require a paid service at this stage. 

These items also have a service life, so It would be intelligent to learn about the different systems features and options that are available to you, perhaps on the Internet.
