We live in a world where we want easy rules and instantaneous answers.  

My hope of an easy out would be to quitclaim deed it back to my personal name since that is nearly instantaneous. 

Using the institution you do your personal banking can be convient since transfers are instantaneous.

And for growth, it would be all but instantaneous.

@John Underwood absolutely only a bill as of now...but if it were to pass seems it would kill a large portion of STRs in the state instantaneously.   

I used and loved Cozy before switching to Zelle.Now I love getting my rents instantaneously To my bank account.

For me, I like ETFs because they can be sold instantaneously during market hours, this has the advantage of letting you know exactly how much you are paying or receiving for a trade. 

You also are not the only one that knows about it...there are very sophisticated buyers that get instantaneous alerts to properties just like this through electronic data searches and alerts.

It also instantaneously debits my account and encumbers those funds while their automated system cuts the check and sends it out in the mail.Trick is, you have to have contractors that can wait 7-10 days to get paid. 

You will be ok on the full credit report and score, but the background check will not be instantaneous.
