If it's just slapped in the backyard, i'd imagine it may not make a big difference but if you create an environment around it, it could be different.   

I agree with Collin.The Smokies do have a lot of competition, so you need to have a view, decent location, good to great amenities etc to stand out.We have a 6-bedroom cabin there, but I imagine a 3 to 4 bedroom would be in the sweet spot of not too big or not too small.

You want prospective tenants to come see it, walk it, imagine living there so don't get in the weeds on the details or offer photos that aren't great. 

Can't imagine being in business with characters like this. 

I imagine I can get his wages garnished or maybe collect from his tax return.  

This is how insurance works, imagine if an insurance carrier only had 10 people in it, 1 needs a surgery, POW that's a BIG hit.

The way I can imagine is perhaps putting up additional cinder blocks but that sounds expensive.
