lol I can easily afford to not fly coach, but still do because of my humble background. 

Very humble, hardworking, blue-collar family and they happen to grow up in a part of California that is highly desirable now.

The past 3 months were a very humbling experience and thankfully we had the ability to solve the problems without borrowing funds.

I would primarily like to invest in the Greater Houston area- Katy, Humble, Cypress etc.

In my humble opinion: If you are selling for less than what you paid for, I'd request buyer to cover all closing costs.
