Question that the “believers” don’t ask is “how much could I earn on the extra money I’m spending to pay down the loan faster?

There are a lot of options out there.Some of the most useful items BiggerPockets members have identified are features that save time so they can spend time working on their next property.

If I was in your shoes I would find ways to streamline your day job so that you are not spending as much time in that role.

I took the next 5 months to tackle everything myself spending approximately 17k in supplies and tools + paying a plumber and roofer 4k total to fix those issues.

As a starting point: -If they work full time and make $700k a year -Don't want to or can't spend time self managing a short-term rental -Don't have a spouse who wants to take the lead on managing the rentals They are likely not going to directly reduce their taxable income with real estate year-to-year. 

Unless you have $5 - 10k MONTHLY to spend on marketing this is what you need to do to have any chance for success with wholesaling.  

Where to spend the extra for durability and sometimes having to sacrifice aesthetics for durability, etc.

The entire focus is on new people because they spend on more.4.

If your time is worth $500 an hour I would spend the 5k on 10 hours of searching for a free mentor.
