I looked at the rental trend over the past 10 years, I should be fine in year 7 for the refinance unless rates are totally out of this world.Your right those rents would be really low for Stamford.

@Luke Spencer I am not on the management side but I can tell you it took 2+ years to fill 300 units at one of our facilities and the other just hit 300 units in 12/13 months so it really depends on the demographics, and local housing market trend, the more people moving in and out the higher the demand for storage.I think if you're looking at a saturated market then the upfront cash to turn the warehouse into self storage is not a good idea but then again, maybe those operators are on back roads ( low visibility ) and don't push google ads well.

As for published lists of the “newest and hottest” markets, I would take that with a grain of salt.

I would say the real estate market in Florida is Risky.4 - If you follow the navigation and growth trends you might be able to get ahead of the next opportunity wave.

The neighbor was the hottest in the twin cities and this house has 83 businesses cards of realtors who showed the property.

The trend is down, but hovering just south of 4%.

Some of them are outdated and don't reflect current trends.

Savvy buyer's agents look at stats like sold price to list price ratio trends and watch specific properties to see what they sold for compared to what they were listed for to really understand the market and make offers accordingly.
