Some advisors are holistic in nature and some have a more singular focus. 

If you consider the vast amount of effort it takes to close a short sale versus payoff, the holistic benefits of having a trustworthy negotiator do the dirty work for you can free your time up to find other deals.

You need to look at the history of these overcharges holistically from the time they began -in other words, you have to do their work for them. 

I also give myself some time each night to process what I've accomplished that day.I think being on top of your game in the work world requires a holistic approach, so I also workout every day in the morning and I'm always looking for ways to better myself, both in respect to family, friends and business.
