Hey everyone, I just finished developing a detailed guide on how to read and dispute appraisal reports effectively, and honestly, I’m amazed at how often small errors can significantly undervalue a property.

One of my connections will fund the rehab for less and give it all to us on the upfront to finish the project at a lower cost.

Full gut renovation, including but not limited to full replumb, full rewire, complete mechanical upgrades, and new apartment finishes from studs.

- Highly unlikely you'll be able to get separate water meters installed and submeter system probably too expensive for this few of units. - So, that leaves electric & gas.

Tenants in Brooklyn tend to stay a minimum of 4-5 years in NYC due to high costs of moving.  

He was contracted to help me finish a renovation for almost $45k.
