For almost every project we’re involved with we can value-engineer the design and or materials selection so there is NO increase in budget for the project which will ultimately be: safer, healthier, more energy efficient (net-zero being the goal), easier to maintain and insure, and feel more comfortable.Investors, in my opinion, are missing an opportunity by not embracing green.

You might want to pay yourself down to a healthier 50% LTV and try to purchase future prorperties between 50-75% LTV paying down to the 50% range.

The Financial reits are immune to the crashing commodity prices we are seeing today, mortgages are secured and much healthier today due to rising property values than they were during our last mortgage melt down 8 years ago.

I don't know if he's been sober the whole year he's been with us, but he's had the same job, pays his rent mostly on time, is spending quality time with his grandkids and generally seems to be healthier and happier than when he first moved in.They are all responsible adults for the most part.
