Yes, there can be external reasons - like a stinky factory next door - but mostly it is because bad landlords or property owners fail to maintain their structures and fail to enforce leases and rules.

For small spaces, you can't get a small enough (in terms of BTU) multi-zone unit and what happens is one unit receives refrigerant even when not running if the other is running, which due to the cold of the evap coil causes it to condensate and ultimately causes constant problems with drainage.Also, look for a mini-split where you can connect an external thermostat and configure the head unit to shut off when the set point is reached.

Their cash management is offering a lower yield than Stessa (currently 4.66% vs 5.06%), but they don't charge a monthly fee (stessa is $20/month or $192/year) so depending on how much cash you manage it can be a bit of a wash.Baselane uses Plaid to connect to external accounts, so I was able to connect the one problematic account I tried that wouldn't connect with Stessa's service.

If we can "normalize" those hormon as our body can't produce it anymore, by means of injection from external medication, when our hormone is high-normal like 25 years old, then we become 25 years old again inside physically.Actually many folks think I'm still 32-34 haha LOL LOL, the recipe is just all above comments + HRT that really works well for me.
