When you're dealing with the internet, there are just so many trolls and childish folks running around who will do their best to "harm" or hurt you in anyway they can when you do something as simple as disagree with them, or have a different view point from theirs. 

That happens to be true, but the real problem is that it introduces artificial inefficiencies in the market that end up severely harming the people that it's allegedly supposed to help.

If what is there when they give you property back is good, no harm no foul.In the future, your lease should strictly prohibit animals that are not on the lease (which should already be in your lease).

Adhering to the listing agreement solely, the way most are written, without the neighbor excluded in writing….the agreement will say agent B is owed a commission,…period.But from a practical point of view, with past and future business with developer, the agent will/should likely say…”okay, no harm no foul” since the neighbor has been in contact with the seller for years.

Intentions are good but practice is harmful to the process.

So keeping rents artifically low not only harms the individual renter, but also society as a whole.
