They can poke the USA economy but at the cost of gutting there own.

I will be down soon if the inspection goes well today, which it should be perfect given it was a full gut remodel.

It’s certainly going to be more expensive than if it was done right the first time but this can’t be a big deal in the scope of a full gut.

@Scott Goulet if that's the case and there is no significant difference in occupancy, then my gut tells me that it is not a major factor that guests consider and are willing to pay a premium for.

Hopefully I am wrong, but based on everything that has come out on - I am gonna go with my gut.
