A lot of people shrug off Modular and Manufactured but they are both cash cows and help avoid longer construction times, higher material costs and less permits. 

Hello Everyone, I am seeking a lender to help me refinance(conventional loan) my manufactured home.

The population is growing, there's tons of development opportunities, and a nice mix of industries - tech, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.

Currently the manufacturers "solution" is to "not allow the temperature inside the house to vary".

But I also have questions to see if anyone thinks this is a solid deal and what they expect to see as appreciation with these manufactured homes on land not in a park.

If inflation outpaces the rental escalations the NNN DSTs will not hold their value and you'll more than likely end up getting absorbed into their UPREIT.I'd recommend looking at DSTs in more inflationary adjusted asset classes like multifamily, self-storage and manufactured housing.
