I have a 30 year old triplex and toilets of that age use 6 gallons per flush.

There is a chart that tells you how much oil is in the tank by inches ,you dip the tank , measure and thats the gallons .  

I estimated 50 gallons of water per day/ per person.

And the Niagara Stealth toilet uses only .8 gallons per flush, about half of the average toilet. 

Inside the hatch was an old crate labeled “explosives“, and inside the crate was a small one gallon bootleg whiskey barrel.

Turns out most of the water was for flushing toilets at 7.6 gallons per flush with the old toilets, and I counted between 6 to 8 flushes a day, costing the dollar.

So we upgraded the living room carpets & then redid the kitchen with my daughters old cabinets & immediately got $775/month.we inherited two older women who paid $425/month so we got them a new stove that worked, a new gas dryer that actually worked & then because of their high heating bills we upgraded the furnace, threw in a couple of gallons of paint so they could paint the kitchen & bathroom. 

Take one gallon vinegar and some heavy gauge steel wool and mix them together.

. $40 for each gallon of paint I will require and $20 per hour I'm painting it.I fill out the form and give them a copy as they leave.

Front door was locked, but the HDTV, Roku, cable box, modem and 39 gallon plastic trash can were gone.
